Malawi
is a country located in southeastern
Africa. It is bordered by
Zambia to the northwest,
Tanzania to the north and
Mozambique, which surrounds it on the east, south and west and is
separated from Malawi by the
Lake Malawi (also Lake Nyasa). Malawi is densely populated country
with a
democratic system of government. The main language in Malawi is
Chichewa which 57% of the population speak, 13% speak Chinyanja, 10%
Chitao, 10% Chitumbuka and 10% other small ethnic group languages. The
main religion in Malawi is Christianity which 80% of people align
themselves with while 12% are Muslim. The other 7% are other religions
or no religion.
