How can confidence be restored, so parents feel assured that primary school provides a safe and apolitical learning environment in Zimbabwe today? This is the challenge of the UNICEF's Educational Transition Fund. In partnership with UNICEF and 20 other local organizations in Zimbabwe, this three month project aims to assess how best to restore the confidence in primary education as well as restore the image of primary schools as places of safety.

A booklet will be produced which selects the best descriptions of "What is a Good School" This will be illustrated with children's drawings, poems and stories and printed for all primary schools to enjoy.
